Placing A Pre-Order

All items will have have a price, description and photo.  If you require additional information please contact me. 

Please place all Credit Card and Paypal orders online using the shopping cart provided.   To pay by Etransfer, please see below procedures. 

All orders must be placed and payment in full received by 6:00 CST on the close date.  Orders received after this time or without full payment cannot be processed. 

Pay via ETransfer

Please email me your order and I will send you an invoice with instructions on how to pay via ETransfer.  Please ensure you include your full name and address in the email. 

Shipping, Pick Up and Delivery

All Non-Personalized items are ready for shipment, pick up or delivery within three days of arrival to me.   Please allow an additional 10 days for any personalization.

Pick Up and Delivery Options

Free Pick Up available in Hague or in Saskatoon (limited times available)

Free Delivery available as follows:

          Hague - as needed
          Warman, Osler, Martensville - 1st and 3rd Monday of every month* from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm.  
          Saskatoon - 2nd and 4th Monday of every month* from 4:45 pm to 7:00 pm

*Statutory Holiday Monday deliveries will take place on the following Tuesday.

*Times are in two hour increments and exact times are not provided as they are dependent on the amount of deliveries that week.  

*Pick Up and Delivery not available on weeks store is on vacation. 

**Please Note: Once Delivery Date is confirmed, you agree that someone will be available to accept the delivery on your behalf during the delivery time frame.  If no one is available, you agree to Porch Drop Off and A Pirate's Life is not responsible for lost or stolen packages under these circumstances. 


Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs from A Pirates Life Crafts.  Once order has a arrived a shipping quote using Canada Post Expedited Shipping will be provided and once payment is received, item will be shipped. 

Estimated Arrival Date

Each Pre-Order will have two dates listed:  Expected Date and Promised By Date.  Both dates are when I will receive the item.  Please add 3 days for me to process the items and then Canada Post Shipping time to these dates for delivery to you. 

          Expected Date:  Estimated Arrival date provided by the vendor

          Promised By Date: If the item has not arrived to me you will be given the option of canceling the order for the item and receiving a full refund,

          or continuing to wait for the item.  If you choose to wait, cancellation option will be forfeited.  Option will be provided by the end of day on the 

          Promised By Date and response is required within 48 hours or cancellation option will be forfeited. 


Once order has been placed and payment has been received, order cannot be cancelled. 

All items are final sale unless there is damage. Please read descriptions carefully and ask questions if additional information is required.

If damage occurs during shipping, you must let me know right away to proceed with shipping damage claim.  Photos of damaged box and damaged items are required.  When signing for package, you must note package arrived damaged with Canada Post or a claim cannot be made.
